Dr. Sunil Satihal

Dr. Sunil Satihal is a highly accomplished Consultant Urologist with advanced expertise in endourology, renal transplantation, robotic surgery, and complex reconstructive urological procedures. With a strong academic foundation and extensive hands-on experience, he provides comprehensive care for kidney, bladder, urinary tract, prostate, and male reproductive system disorders.

Dr. Sunil completed his MBBS from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, followed by MS in General Surgery from PGIMER – Dr. RML Hospital, New Delhi, one of India’s premier medical institutions. He later pursued his super-specialty M.Ch in Urology at Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad, where he trained under highly renowned urologists and developed advanced surgical skills.He is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Urology at NIMS, Hyderabad, where he plays an active role in patient care, postgraduate training, and academic development. As part of a high-performing transplant team, Dr. Sunil has contributed to over 100 renal transplants in a single year, including both live and cadaveric procedures. He has also participated in more than 40 robotic surgeries (Da Vinci Xi), strengthening his proficiency in minimally invasive urological care.
